Laptops
If used wired only (no WIFI, No Bluetooth), & grounded laptops as my main working station. When the WIFI+BT are both turned off , and when grounded, some laptops can achieve lower EMF emissions than a desktop (which emits ELF magnetic+electric fields, EMI from screen cables, and dirty electricity from the power supply).

LENOVO LEGION Laptops
They are great for gaming & also for video editing, picture editing, and site-building. They look very high-end and are version consumable. Lots of USB ports, RJ45, HDMI (EMI expected) , DP and USB-C ports at the back.In order to make it more “LOW EMF” you will need to disable the WIFI and BLUETOOTH cards from the device manager & ground it. The model I Use has SSD hard drive and not HDD (HDD causes magnetic fields).
I have and use a LEGION 5 laptop since 2021. The only drawback I found is the big power supply (230W). If you are extremely sensitive to ELF and EMI electric fields, this power supply might cause issues.

LENOVO THINK PAD laptops (E and T)
I think the E series of THINK PAD is the most cost-effective office/home use laptop. I highly recommend it for those of you who need basic computing experience + web + office + video editing and for EHS people who are sensitive to ELF electric and magnetic field and might react to the big power supply of the LEGION laptop. I used E series laptops as my main laptop between 2014-2021 (I still use them, but as secondary laptops since now, the LEGION is my main PC.

CANARY WIFI DETECTOR HS-20
| CANARY WIFI DETECTOR (Canary Wireless HS-20 Digital Hotspotter) is the best way to find and count WIFI networks around you. High Audio Quality Radiation Free Earpiece
| looking for a good audio quality Radiation Free Earpiece for PC and cell phones? I use these for my PC , and they are very good also on a cell phone. These earpiece are very delicate and you need to pay attention not to break them. On the plus side, they have the best audio quality among the Radiation Free Air tube Earpiece I tried out. Air Tube Earpiece for cellphones (Low price)
I use my cellphone on emergencies only. When I do use it I use a Air Tube Earpiece or a speaker phone. EMF Radiation Case for Cellphones
| I use my cellphone only on emergencies. When I do use my cellphone, I use it with a wired Air tube earpiece or while on the speaker. I do however think these products might also improve the reduction of the radiation to the user. It is still not a ALL OK to use the cellphone as much as you like and please remember to turn 3G/4G data and WIFI off at all time. I test this item and it seems to reduce only a small part of the radiation. I don’t recommend this item for EHS people, however some people might find it helpful. Grounding – Earthing
| Lots of people ask me about Grounding the body, or as it is called Earthing, and if it really works. The answer is “Yes, if you do it correctly”. Basically if you walk barefoot on the ground, or on grass, or on conductive floor tiles, or touch a conductive wall, or swim in a pool, river, lake, see, in all these cases (and more) you are grounded. So you don’t have to buy products in order to be grounded.But what when it is too cold to walk barefoot? What if you want to be grounded while sleeping?For that there are special products. But there is a wrong way to use them and that is connect them to the electric ground, which is not always clean and might have some stray currents or micro currents on it. LED Screens with external power supply
I am using and recommend to use LED/LCD screens with external power supply.In case the power supply is inside the monitor, you have a pulsing electric power converter 40 cm from your head. In case the power supply is external, you can place it farther away. This is way I use and recommend the use of monitors with external power supply.I myself use a LG IPS 27″ monitor. I also have a LG 24 TN monitor that is not as good. Please pay attention that the power supply unit is compatible to your electric network voltage.

USB Speakers
| The problem with PC speakers is that they usually include an internal power supply, or an external power supply that cause high levels of Extreme Low Frequency magnetic fields.The way around it is to use PC speakers that instead of having an internal power supply, gets the power from the USB cable. Tip #1 – Locate the speakers as far as possible from you, to further reduce the exposure. Tip #2 – In higher volume the ELF magnetic fields will be higher. Tip #3 – Some speakers have Bluetooth or other wireless features, these speakers will emit RF radiation. Corded phones with speakers
| A corded phone in the house is a must. Corded phone with speaker can help EHS people in the days they could not hold the phone next to their head. In every phone, there is a small speaker in the handset, which emits the ELF magnetic field. Holding it next to the head may cause or contribute to headaches. Tip #1 – There are cheap no-name phones and more expensive phones. I use a Panasonic Phones, but I do also have several cheap phones. Tip #2 – I notice that the Panasonic phones have an auto-mute or “soft mute” algorithm that suppose to mute your microphone when you are not talking, and un-mute it when you start talking. But in some cases it cuts what you say. If you feel tingling sensation or pain in your hands while working on a wired keyboard and mouse (EHS people should not use wireless keyboard and mouse, and should not work directly on laptops embedded keyboard) these products might help (it helps me and others).
